   Devon Arborists conducted full bamboo survey and removal works at my property recently and were incredibly thorough and professional throughout the whole process. There were several bamboo plants so they personalised the service to conduct the best course of treatment (be it removal or herbicide) according to the location/needs of each plant to ensure effective eradication. They removed all the bamboo that had grown underneath my garden path and put the paving slabs back down so neatly it actually looked better than before the works took place. Keith is incredibly knowledgable, professional, and instantly put me at ease - their 5 year guarantee gives me huge peace of mind that I can call on them with any further questions/last bits of removal for any regrowth in future if needed.    Firstly surprised at the elapsed time from asking for a quote and the date given for execution, but well worth the wait. The team arrived on the day stated, tidy and very polite. The work was speedily and professionally executed and they did not leave until everything was neatly cleared away.    Devon Arborists did a great job for us today. To begin with, despite storm Claudia causing chaos with loads of rain they turned up. Hedge Cutting Raymonds Hill

Approximately 150m of Hedge Cutting in Raymonds Hill was the task here, with much of the hedge well over 2m high, this was quite a job.

A great boundary hedge a mix of conifer and laurel that provided very valued privacy for the homeowner. The hedge had been cut at different times in the past, so the growth levels were all very different, our task was to trim the hedge and bring all the different heights back to one even height.

It is vital with any conifer hedge to have a regular cutting regime, if conifer is left to grow too long before trimming you will never be able to regain a compact hedge. If you remove the green part of the conifer stem and are left with just brown stalk, it will never regrow new growth.

Our team swiftly corrected the height differences, gave the sides a great trim and as always, we did our usual very high standard of clean up.

Hedge Cutting Rockbeare

A recent job hedge cutting in Rockbeare. It was a laurel hedge that at one end was being taken over with brambles. These brambles were now quite significantly encroaching onto the end of the footpath at a crossing point of the road, this was obviously becoming a safety issue.

Our brief was to remove the brambles at the end, and from the laurel part of the hedge. The laurel was given a good trim and pushed back as that section of the village road is quite busy and and used by pedestrians so increasing visibility was of great importance.

As you can see a huge difference was made to the hedge and greatly improved its appearance.
